The Role We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our in-house Talent & Resourcing team. You’ll lead end-to-end hiring across trades/operatives, construction operational management and office based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR and operational leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience that supports growth in the social housing, property maintenance and construction sectors. We value collaboration and flexibility, you’ll spend time with stakeholders on site and in the office, with hybrid working where possible.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
* Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce plans, skills and hiring priorities.
* Direct source via job boards, LinkedIn and referrals to reduce agency reliance.
* Build and nurture talent pools for hard-to-fill roles (operatives, supervisors, quantity surveyors).
* Maintain strong PSL relationships and ensure process/terms compliance.
* Keep candidates and managers informed with clear, timely communication.
* Maintain accurate data and reporting through the ATS and recruitment dashboards.


What You’ll Bring

* Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency), ideally in social housing, property maintenance, construction or FM.
* Confident sourcing capability and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at pace.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication, you build credibility quickly.
* Strong admin accuracy; experienced with ATS/CRM and Microsoft tools (Excel/Teams; Power BI desirable).
* Organised, proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Full UK driving licence; occasional regional travel (desirable).
