Hours: Full-Time (Mon-Fri)
We are looking for a Delivery Van Driver to join our team. You’ll be working within our Group Parts Operations based in East Kilbride assisting with deliveries to our customers. This role is based on a basic 40hr hour week working Monday – Friday, starting at 08:00.
About The Role
As a Parts Delivery Driver, you will provide an efficient delivery and collection service to our trade parts customers. You will also be required to assist with light warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
* Check the orders for delivery to be correct against the delivery paperwork before departure.
* Manually load your assigned vehicle with orders to be delivered.
* Make sure the vehicle is loaded safely and within the legislation.
* Ensure goods are delivered or collected to/from our commercial customers safely, efficiently and on time.
* Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit.
* Complete all documentation as per company procedure.
* Adhere to company procedures and policies.
* Hold a full and valid UK Drivers Licence for a minimum of 3 years.

* Reliable, helpful and courteous with the ability to cope with a variety of customer demands and deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
* A high degree of accuracy to ensure that all relevant checks and paperwork are completed for each collection or delivery.
* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
* Hold a full clean driving licence (essential).
* Previous Courier Experience (preferable but non-essential).
* Understanding of the local area.
