Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.
Joining as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for customers during the buying process, ensuring the service is delivered right the first time and every time.
About The Role
The role requires a customer service or sales background within the automotive sector. You will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car, and work flexible patterns that may include weekends to provide the highest level of service.
In addition to the base salary and an achievable on‑target earnings of £50,000, the successful candidate will receive a company car, a subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase scheme for family members, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, and discounts with popular high‑street retailers.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full, valid UK driving licence is also desirable, and you may be asked to attend an assessment centre for the role.
Applicants must have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement.
