Get Golfing CIO is a dynamic charitable organization that supports struggling English golf facilities and prevents course and club closures. Established in 2018, we own and operate eleven sites with over 200,000 unique visitors per year. Our venues offer a community-centered approach to golfing that makes it affordable and enjoyable for everyone. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team and help strengthen our AP.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for payment runs – On the bank and Sage.
* Processing of Purchase Invoices
* Processing of Expenses
* Allocation of Banking transactions
* Various other regular and ad-hock reporting duties
* Reconciling Statements
* General Administration Duties
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance
* Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage
* Understanding of financial regulations and procedures
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for sports industry and charitable organizations.
