About the Role
1. You will be working at our Fareham Depot, Enterprise Park, Military Road, PO16 8TU
2. You will be earning £25,692.80, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ Benefits.
3. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
What will I be doing?
4. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be supporting the Regional Customer Hub to provide excellent customer service to our current client base.
5. This will involve on boarding new customers as well and being the first point of contact on the phone and via email, handling general requests, resolving queries and when required carrying out account review.
6. Our aim is to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers, keeping them informed, engaged and maintain proactive relationships.
What are the requirements?
7. Working as part of a small customer service team, the successful candidate will be upbeat and friendly and be able to work under pressure.
8. The successful candidate must also have basic IT skills and be able to work well in a team.
9. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (4) or above is preferred.
10. A driving license is required for this role.
