Who You Are:
* An experienced hotel sales & marketing leader (multi-property or regional level)
* Commercially driven with a strong passion for driving innovation
* A performance-focused leader who understands the power of brand, voice, and market positioning
* Skilled at working with global brands (IHG, Hilton, Marriott)
* Confident building and executing strategy — but equally hands-on
* Energetic, innovative, and excited by growth and opportunity
* Based in UK or Ireland with sales knowledge of both locations
