Responsibilities: You’ll take full ownership of the CRM marketing calendar, managing end-to-end campaign delivery across email and push channels. You'll use testing and data insight to continually improve performance and ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective. Own and manage the CRM marketing calendar to drive customer engagement and hit KPIs Generate new content ideas and align campaigns with wider marketing plans Deliver campaigns from brief to build, working closely with copy and design Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to optimise performance Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accurate product communication Ensure all campaigns meet GDPR compliance requirements Champion CRM best practice and continuous improvement Skills and Experience: We're looking for someone with a great mix of creativity, commercial thinking, and attention to detail.
