With the training and support we give you, you’re the expert that our customers love talking to.How will you contribute to our team?Promoting and supporting our customers to use Eastlight online services.Manage queries efficiently keeping our customers informed of timescales, requesting feedback upon resolution.Good understanding of Orchard and other Eastlight internal systems.Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders.Recognise and report failures in system and adhering to Eastlight’s processes, policies, and procedures.Undertake administrative tasks relating to the queries.Maintain appropriate records in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.What will you bring to the team?Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively.High standard of verbal and written communication skills ensuring all communications is clear and concise.Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office SuiteExcellent organization, time management and multi-tasking skillsExcellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability of building and maintaining positive professional relationships.Why Work for Us?To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package.£29,492 annual base salaryFull time, PermanentGroup stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution – Employee 5% Eastlight 10% Total 15%).
