The Role:Client Advisor
At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a full-time mandarin speaker Client Advisor to join our Bicester Outlet store
Overview:Responsibilities:
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
* Has strong knowledge of the collection
* Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities
BUSINESS
* Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
* Maximisessales opportunity leveraging cross- selling
OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT
* Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
* Supports the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising standards
* May have opening and closing responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Key Qualifications.
* Previous experience in sales roles;
* Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;
* Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
* Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;
* Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
* Strong communication skills;
* Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
* Fluency & sophistication in English and in Mandarin Chinese.
* Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
