We’re looking for an Assistant Hub Manager who’s ready to be on the front line — welcoming players, driving membership, and making sure every visit leaves people wanting more. You’ll play a key role in building a thriving padel community from the ground up. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Hub Manager with the day-to-day running of the hub, including: Creating and managing staff rotas Handling membership queries and ensuring members feel valued Assisting with event planning for tournaments, socials, and open days Delivering an exceptional experience for members, players, and guests Managing bookings and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly Leading and motivating the front-of-house team Actively promoting the hub to grow participation and membership Ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the venue What We’re Looking For Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (hospitality, leisure, or sport) Passion for delivering outstanding customer service A proactive, hands-on approach — willing to roll up your sleeves Strong organisational skills for scheduling, planning, and follow-through Great communication skills and the ability to inspire a team Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events An interest in sport — padel knowledge is a bonus but not essential Why Join Us?
