Male Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day Location: Rastrick & Cleveleys (near Blackpool) Pay: £14.25 per hour £80 sleep-in rate Are you compassionate, reliable, and looking for a truly rewarding role where no two days are the same? About the Role We're looking for a dedicated male support worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to J, a vibrant 32-year-old with a learning disability, neuronal migration disorder, left-sided hemiplegia, epilepsy and is visually impaired. J can also display behaviours of concern at times, so a calm, patient approach is essential. This is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to build a genuine connection and support J to live life to the fullest, on his terms.
