## Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role* Build a high performing team & develop individuals* Site operations & management focus* Help make our communities a safe place***Kōtahi anō te kaupapa, ko te oranga o te iwi | There is only one purpose to our work: the wellness and wellbeing of people.*****Mō te tūnga | About the role**As a Residential Services Manager Operations, you will be based at one 2 sites based in Templeton in Christchurch responsible for the leadership and management of the team directly responsible for the day-to-day management of both sites and the individuals residing there.These residences cater for the highest risk and most complex people subject to community-based sentences and orders in the country. The Residential Services Manager, Operations has responsibility for operational systems and deployment of staff, including the management of security systems and equipment. This role works across Ara Poutama Aotearoa and with our partners and stakeholders in the community to ensure the safe and effective support, risk management, and supervision of residents with the most complex needs.Currently we have 2 permanent vacancies for this role which could see you managing either of 2 sites.**Mōu | About you**First and foremost, we are looking for a strong leader of people.
