Are you a strategic People Partner who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments? We’re working with a high-performing organisation looking for a dynamic and commercial HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a true business partner role within a COE model and will be looking after the tech side of the business.
We’re looking for someone who is immediately available, as this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior functional leaders to define and deliver a future focused people strategy aligned to business priorities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change leader - using insight, relationships, and influence to drive a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement people plans aligned with business strategy.
* Coach and support leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
* Drive change initiatives to support transformation and improve performance.
* Identify critical capabilities, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with centres of expertise (COEs) and local HR teams to deliver impactful solutions.
* Champion a culture of engagement, learning, and innovation.
