Job Title: Payroll Clerk
Location: Coventry
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (D.O.E)

We are a dynamic and growing company based in Coventry, committed to excellence and dedicated to supporting our employees. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Clerk to join our team and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
* Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
* Liaise with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll queries
* Prepare and submit reports to management and statutory bodies as required
* Assist with month-end and year-end payroll activities
* Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in payroll processing or clerical role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Good knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel
* Basic understanding of payroll legislation and tax regulations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
