* Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Generate reports on sales metrics and customer feedback.
* Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Motivate and support the sales team to maintain high morale and a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with other departments to support campaigns and optimize sales strategies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

* Ability to analyse performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
* Proficient in CRM systems and call centre software.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience in telesales, preferably within a B2B environment.
* Previous experience supervising or mentoring a sales team.
