The Job We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and achieve our marketing objectives. To create, develop, deliver & support our marketing function across all enterprises within the business. Campaign Development and Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines. Content Creation: Develop compelling content for marketing materials, website, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining the integrity of the brand. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to assess effectiveness and optimise future strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with teams, including sales, commercial & design, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Event: Plan, support & execute promotional events, shows, and product launches to increase brand visibility and engagement. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy. Any other task associated with the efficient technical support of a Workshop. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED Essential: Strong understanding of marketing tools & techniques. Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to use clear, concise language specific for the purpose and audience. Experience in Adobe Cloud Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pace environment. Desirable: Agricultural experience. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Confident IT user, including a working knowledge of the following packages: Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams Ability to manage change and to adapt to unexpected demands on a day to day basis.
