As the first point of contact for daar clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting practitioners with their daily schedules and ensuring smooth office operations. Attention to detail and enthusiasm are highly valued skills in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to our allied health team, ensuring efficient operation of the clinic.
2. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
3. Handle patient inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
4. Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with standards.
5. Assist with billing and payment processing.
6. Support daily operational tasks within the clinic.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role; healthcare setting experience is preferred but not essential.
2. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software.
