Main Duties
Our Mental Health Practitioners will work as part of an established integrated multi-disciplinary Home Treatment Team, Mental Health Connect line and Crisis Hub. The team promotes a dynamic and innovative way of working, triaging and responding to mental health crisis calls and referrals, providing interventions, support, guidance and signposting.
We welcome applications from nurses, occupational therapists and social workers.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria:
* Current professional registration NMC / HCPC
* Professional qualification RMN / SW / OT
* Evidence of continued professional development
Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience working with service users in mental health crisis
* Substantial post registration experience
* Leadership and management skills
