Role Overview
Your role involves serving food and drinks efficiently, maintaining clean standards, and providing friendly customer interactions.
Duties
* Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks at bar or via customer app
* Deliver food to customers, ensure check‑backs complete and clear plates promptly
* Say hello, thank customers and build rapport
* Stay knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
* Maintain ‘clean as you go’ standards – clear tables, wipe surfaces, conduct toilet checks
* Work in all areas including glass washing, restocking, floor, beer garden and other duties as needed
