Financial Planning Analyst
Location: Northampton (hybrid working)
Salary: up to £65K dependent on experience
T2M Resourcing are exclusively recruiting this Financial Planning Analyst role for a growing business.
As Financial Planning Analyst you will act as a key business partner providing critical financial insights and driving strategic decision making, creating financial models and business tools.
Your remit will be interesting, varied and challenging and will include but not be limited to the following:
* Collaborate across the business with the provision of highly quality financial analysis and business insight on department performance
* Supporting the business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
* Support with strategic planning and long-term financial modelling
* Support with planning and control of working capital requirements
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities
* Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required
To be successful in this Financial Planning Analyst role we seek candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:
* Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) or equivalent
* Proven FP&A and / or Business Partnering skills
* Great financial analysis and modelling skills - able to provide high quality data and business insight in a timely manner
* Familiar with Excel & PowerBI
* Excellent communication skills - able to support senior level finance and non-finance staff
* Able to work on your own initiative but also team focused
* A flexible / agile approach - happy to work to deadlines
