A well‑established London law firm is seeking a capable and proactive Family Paralegal to join its respected Family team. The Role
You will work closely with experienced solicitors and support a broad caseload, including:
* Divorce and financial remedy matters
* Private children cases
* Cohabitation agreements and separation matters
* Pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements
* Domestic abuse matters, including injunction applications
* Drafting court documents, statements and correspondence
* Bundle preparation, disclosure management and case administration
* Legal research and supporting fee‑earners across ongoing matters
* Regular client communication and liaison with third parties
This role offers varied, hands‑on experience and the opportunity to gain meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
About You
* At least 6+ months’ experience as a Family Paralegal
* Strong written communication and drafting skills
* Confident client manner and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
* Excellent organisational skills
