My Options - Supported Accommodation Service Worker role with Telford & Wrekin Council. The service aims to enable vulnerable care leavers and young people to achieve independence and fulfil their potential. The Senior Support Worker opportunity offers the chance to lead others, gain experience in health and social care, and contribute to a positive, innovative approach to care.
The post may involve working with children or other vulnerable groups and will be subject to an appropriate criminal records check in line with safeguarding requirements.
