Associate Director of People and Operations
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for shopper marketing, brand experiences, and design that drives action? We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our talented studio and help shape the future of retail and brand activation. At Decide, we connect creativity with commercial impact - from concept to execution across POS, experiential, retail, and digital channels. You’ll be working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team, crafting ideas that engage shoppers and elevate brands.
Experience & Background
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a creative agency environment, ideally within shopper marketing or FMCG sectors.
* Proven track record of delivering high‑quality creative across POS, retail environments, experiential, brand activations, and digital/social channels.
* Comfortable taking projects from concept to final polished design.
* Experience working on both solo briefs and as part of a collaborative creative team.
Core Skills
* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
* Strong conceptual and visual design ability with a keen understanding of shopper behaviour and brand storytelling.
* Experience designing for both traditional and digital touchpoints, including social and motion‑led assets.
* Proficiency in motion design (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro) for social and digital applications.
* Experience in 3D design (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender) for environments, KVs, retail, and experiential concepts.
* Familiar with (or at least very curious about!) AI‑assisted creative tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall‑e etc.) and generative design processes (workflow systems).
* Understanding of digital production formats and best practices for cross‑channel consistency.

* Self‑motivated and adaptable, able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously — often to tight deadlines.
* Collaborative, open to feedback, and confident presenting ideas within a team setting.
* Naturally curious about new creative technologies, retail trends, and shopper engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver creative concepts and designs across POS, retail environments, brand activations, and digital/social channels.
* Translate strategic and shopper insights into compelling, brand‑relevant creative solutions.
* Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, 3D/motion designers, and account teams to produce integrated campaign work.
* Prepare and present design concepts internally and, where appropriate, to clients.
* Ensure all work meets brand guidelines, production standards, and retailer requirements.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
* Stay up to date with evolving digital, motion, 3D, and AI‑based design trends, contributing ideas that push the agency’s creative output forward.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and collaboration within the studio.
