As a Project Technical Lead, you will coordinate design and project delivery, working closely with Project Managers and technical experts. You will identify innovative and sustainable solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring value, quality, compliance, and efficiency of project deliverables. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading the design and implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing principles in projects;
* Supporting technical resources;
* Contributing to business development activities.
Our projects span the water sector, including treatment, networks, wastewater, flooding, and urban drainage. We are involved in initiatives like Hull and East Riding’s Living with Water partnership, award-winning projects like the Clifton Integrated Constructed Wetland, and other UK-wide opportunities. Locally, this includes Southern Water's AMP 8 Professional Services Framework.
About You
We seek someone passionate about solving engineering problems, capable of leading and inspiring teams, and confident in driving challenging solutions.
You should have experience in a similar role within the water sector or a relevant regulated industry. You must be a degree-qualified engineer (or equivalent), ideally chartered or a member of a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE). Support for achieving chartership can be provided.
