Preston Park is looking for an exceptional Science Specialist Teacher, to join our vibrant school starting in January 2026 or sooner by negotiation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher to lead and teach primary science curriculum across the whole school.

Preston Park’s approach to learning is through a creative curriculum and the school has specialist teachers in Science, Music, Art, Design and Technology and PE, who provide PPA cover to our teachers. As a Science Specialist Teacher, the successful candidate would be working within our specialist team of teachers.

The successful candidate will be:
• A consistently Good and Outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations (no excuses) of accelerated progress
• Knowledgeable of how to motivate children to learn

• relevant experience and knowledge of primary school science curriculum

• previous mentoring and networking experience
We are seeking individuals who have a degree or equivalent and a teaching qualification/QTS
