Scope & Milestones
By March 12 (latest onboarding date):
• Minimum 10 fully qualified midlife testers onboarded and testing initiated
• First 2 screened candidates submitted for approval prior to full onboarding
• Reserve list maintained to replace early drop-offs if necessary
Weeks 1–4:
• Weekly status updates summarizing tester engagement
• Ongoing engagement management and drop-off mitigation
• Structured testimonial collection at Week 4
Success Criteria (Phase Completion):
• Minimum 10 completed 4-week structured written testimonials
• Before and after photos collected from all 10 completed testers
• All required screening data and documentation submitted
By March 27 – Specialist Outreach:
• 2 menopause specialists confirmed (1 US, 1 UK)
• Written professional evaluation or commentary received
Specialist personal testing, if requested, may run in parallel and will not delay the March 27 deadline.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Life Coaching
