Our client are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead, coach, and scale their outbound new business team.
The Client
Our client is one of the UK's leading B2B & B2C retailers and technology providers, and was established in 1995 - with a current turnover of £64m.
The journey started as a small shop in London and has gradually transformed into becoming a UK wide operation which has delivered over 1,000,000 tech products. The client predominantly stock and supply laptops, desktops, chromebooks & audiovisual products - and currently own over £30m worth of stock.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of telesales performance, setting strategy, driving KPIs, and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership & marketing to improve conversion rates, and unlock new revenue opportunities across their £30m hardware portfolio.
You'll be a player-manager who is still selling to their network of new & existing clients, coupled with a strong influence in headcount growth, training & mentoring.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B telesales, strong people-management skills, and a solid understanding of the IT hardware market.
