Role Responsibilities
* Perform site inspections and support visits.
* Draft detailed, professional reports.
* Offer technical and HSE support to site management teams.
* Conduct focused monthly checks and attend monthly meetings.
* Assist the Client Regional HSE Advisor.
* Resolve practical problems on-site.
* Probe incidents and accidents.
* Execute external PC/client inspections.
* Provide in-house training for operatives and management teams.
Qualifications, Experience, And Training
* UK-based construction/house-building experience.
* NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate.
* Five years experience in a similar role (desirable).
* Excellent IT skills.
* UK driving licence.

* A dedicated focus on improving Health & Safety practices on-site.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication with both workforce and management.
* The capability to quickly produce detailed, informative reports.
* Strong skills in time management and diary organisation.
* Readiness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
