Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the events team to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
* Storyboard, plan, capture, and edit high‑quality video content for company events, maximising the overall impact and emotional appeal of the video.
* Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brands and messaging.
* Manage video projects from concept to completion, including pre‑production, production, and post‑production.
* Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.
What you’ll need to have
* At least 5 years’ experience creating compelling and memorable video assets in the events space.
* Proven experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing high‑production video content.
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
* Strong understanding of video production processes, including lighting, sound, and editing.
* Experience with motion graphics, animation and special effects.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
It would be great if you also have
* Knowledge of live streaming and broadcasting techniques.
* Experience of using AI tool as part of the video production process.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and video content optimisation.
* Knowledge or passion for beauty, retail, health and wellness industries.
