Role description
My Client are a growing MSP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving current network configuration and infrastructure of their clients. This is an onsite role based on the MSP's client site.
You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Networking, Security and IP networking.
Responsibilities
* BAU Support - ticketing.
* Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks
* Design and support their network systems and infrastructure
* Configure and operate routers and switches
* Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
* Minimum CCNA, ideally CCNP
* Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
