Must have’s

• Proven experience in administration
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have’s

• Experience within property, sales, or a client-facing environment
• Previous exposure to sales progression or similar roles

So, what will you be doing?

• Progressing property sales through to exchange of contracts
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage companies
• Engaging with new and existing clients to support services
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Assisting with sales campaigns, events, and promotional activity
• Providing high levels of customer service and handling enquiries professionally
• Supporting administrative tasks including reporting and scheduling
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage a range of clients
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service
