As a Business Analyst, you will be an experienced and capable analyst, delivering BA activities on projects and programmes. You will be comfortable working directly with stakeholders across Business Teams, lawyers (including partners), and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities:
* Engage in Business Analysis across the full project lifecycle, including problem statement definition, requirements management, process mapping, business change analysis, operating model design, data and financial analysis, and running UATs.
* Work collaboratively to understand and define scope, objectives, and benefits of new projects and programmes, and agree on BA deliverables and timeframes.
* Run workshops with diverse stakeholder groups, in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format.
* Elicit requirements within Waterfall or Agile methodologies and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Support third-party selection processes by providing business requirements.
* Run/support UAT by producing scripts, conducting sessions, and capturing feedback.
* Support the Testing team with acceptance criteria, review test scripts, and system testing.
* Assist the training team in producing materials for project rollout.
* Identify risks and issues, and propose mitigations or solutions.
* Perform analysis using appropriate formats for the project stage.
* Support the BA team manager in best practice definition, peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and acting as an ambassador for the team.
* Promote the value of Business Analysis within the firm.
* Manage complex stakeholders towards successful outcomes.
