Are you a commercially driven Sales Manager with a passion for B2B sales, industrial products, and strategic account growth?
A well-established UK manufacturer and distributor of high-quality plastic containers and handling equipment is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead new business development, nurture key client relationships, and drive national sales growth. This is with a respected industry leader supplying into sectors such as food production, logistics, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting mid-to-large scale industrial clients.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and converting new opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product development) to tailor solutions to client needs.
* Represent the business at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events across the UK.
* Produce sales forecasts, track performance against KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales ideally within industrial products, packaging, materials handling, or a similar sector.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and a track record of managing key accounts.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with autonomy.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
