Provides cost management services from contract signature and award to completion of projects in various sectors. Supervises daily activities of a team of professionals.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing commercial delivery aligned to strategy.
2. Preparing and manage construction contracts.
3. Controlling costs, valuations, variations and reporting.
4. Advising on claims, certifications, completion and accounts.
5. Providing contract advice across works and services.
6. Driving governance, assurance and continuous improvement.
7. Managing teams, develop capability and manage performance.
8. Collaborating to deliver net zero outcomes.
You’ll need to have:
9. Degree-qualified commercial professional with strong cost, risk and change control expertise.
10. Expert in contract administration across JCT, NEC and measurement-based forms.
11. Digitally capable, analytically strong negotiator, advising stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
12. Professionally developing member, commercially astute, championing sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.
