Role Purpose:
The Football Partnership & Activation Executive will be instrumental in maximizing KONAMI’s football business across European territories. This role will focus on activating the marketing benefits of KONAMI’s eFootball partner club portfolio, ensuring the successful implementation of activation strategies and the seamless execution of activation plans. Key responsibilities include collaborating across the Acquisition and Activation (A&A) team, optimizing activation projects through data-driven insights, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Key Accountabilities:
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with partner and activation managers to design and execute campaigns across KONAMI’s partner clubs, ensuring alignment with the global football strategy.
* Post-Campaign Reporting: Generate and deliver detailed post-campaign reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed upon with partners.
* Partner Content Management: Work with regional agencies to capture and manage content requirements from partner clubs.
* T2 Club Management: Take ownership of assigned Tier 2 (T2) clubs, supporting their marketing and activation initiatives under the guidance of Partnership Managers.
* Event & Shoot Day Support: Assist with the planning and execution of shoots and partner events, ensuring smooth operations during the activation process.
* Project Management: Maintain the project management tool to track the progress of each activation and ensure accurate data entry related to activation projects.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Attend weekly meetings with Partner Managers and partner clubs to ensure the successful execution of plans and seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
* Event Representation: Represent KONAMI’s eFootball at matches and events as required, ensuring a professional image and effective relationship-building with stakeholders.
* Ticketing & Merch Management: Oversee ticketing and merchandise stock for KDE-E, ensuring proper allocation and management.
* Partnership Optimization: Propose ways to optimize future partnerships by identifying trends and market needs, and working closely with global HQ partners to align budgets and initiatives.
* Approval Process: Lead the process of acquiring approval for activation plans from HQ and partner clubs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Team Support: Provide assistance and coverage for the SNS team when needed, ensuring smooth workflow and execution.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Industry Understanding: A general understanding or interest in the football industry and sports marketing.
* Experience in Planning & Marketing: Basic experience in planning, production, and marketing. Knowledge of social media and content production is a plus.
* Activation Planning: Ability to define, build, and present detailed and attractive activation plans that align with business goals.
* Teamwork & Solution-Oriented: A collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset who can work effectively across multiple departments and provide solutions to challenges.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.

* Experience in Sports: Experience with sports agencies, football clubs, or federations is a plus.
* Language Skills: English proficiency is required. Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese) is advantageous.
* Travel Availability: Must be willing and able to travel globally when required.
