MJM Marine is offering higher-level apprenticeship in Construction Management. You will achieve industry recognised qualifications, become part of our talented team and work on prestigious and challenging projects.
Other key duties include:
* Assisting the Contracts Department in ensuring the delivery of Contracts to include liaising with other departments.
* Assisting the Contracts Department in ensuring that the correct manpower is allocated to Contracts.
* Measuring material quantities, requisitioning materials & sourcing alternatives as required.
* Checking materials received on site to ensure no shortfalls / errors.
* Assisting in the production of project programmes and updating/ revising programmes both at head office and on site when required
* Participating in site surveys and assisting in the Contract site delivery (worldwide)
* Assisting in other MJM departments as the need arises
* Making full use of your communication, negotiating, influencing, analysing, problem solving, planning, and organising skills
* All other duties as required and directed by management commensurate with the position.
