Responsibilities
Provides direction for adaptation of new engineering technologies and techniques, including collaborating across business units, to deliver practical innovations in systems and processes.
Supports the bid and proposal process by leading across-functional team to generate a large portion or the entirety of the technical proposal.
Remains current on trends and emerging technologies and tools. May include safety, environmental protection and compliance.
Qualifications
Typically, Master Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and experience in a range of roles within a relevant complex engineering environment.
Required to maintain security clearance.
Security Clearance
This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance.
To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
