The right attitude is essential and the ideal Assistant Manager will: Have a track record of confidence and hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager/Floor Manager in a high-volume restaurant. Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands. Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
