What youll be doing
Supporting the Meetings & Events Manager in the delivery of multiple daily events
Leading service on conferences, banquets and weddings
Supervising team members and maintaining standards on busy shifts
Working closely with sales and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution
Assisting with rotas, staffing and operational planning
This is a hands-on operational leadership role.

Events experience within a hotel or large venue environment
Someone confident running events and leading teams on shift
Strong organisation and calm problem-solving
Ambition to progress into Meetings & Events Manager level
