We are looking for a Team Leader for our Hose Assembly department Key Responsibilities Oversee team output levels and work to organise better process flow. Communication – Act as a link between staff and Production manager. Commitment to ensure consistent high-quality production of industrial hose. Problem Solving and Technical Support for Junior Members of the Production team. Take ownership of Quality control and counter sign documents (Works Orders). Work and lead as part of a team to meet objectives. Prepare & Assemble Industrial Hose in Accordance with SOP (Standard Operating procedures). Inspect and Test Finished hose assemblies. Record and update documents in line with company policy. Maintain high level of house keeping. Possess the physical capability to maintain daily performance. Any other hose work that maybe necessary. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED No formal qualifications required. Physically demanding and generally manual dexterity required. Attention to detail and pride in your work. Qualification of experience in mechanical fitting an advantage but not essential. Additional skills such as I.T. awareness and basic administrative tasks positive to outcome. KEY COMPETENCIES / CAPABILITIES Basic understanding of mechanical processes. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail in production tasks. Adherence to Health and Safety policies and PPE requirements.
