Support teachers to deliver high-quality, inclusive learning by providing whole-class, small group and individual support that enables all pupils to access a broad and balanced curriculum. Build positive relationships with pupils, recognising individual strengths and needs, and adapting support or interventions to help every child thrive. Provide targeted support for pupils with SEND or English as an additional language, implementing strategies from Individual Learning Plans and specialist guidance where appropriate. Promote pupils’ social, emotional and behavioural development while maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, colleagues and families to monitor progress, share insights and contribute to a supportive school community.
