The Opportunity
As a Researcher, you will support the delivery of market research projects exploring patient and caregiver experiences within rare diseases. Working alongside senior team members, you’ll contribute to both qualitative and quantitative studies, with increasing ownership of projects as your experience grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to research proposals and study design
* Develop research materials (screeners, discussion guides, surveys, consent forms)
* Support and lead fieldwork execution
* Moderate interviews with patients and caregivers
* Conduct qualitative analysis and basic quantitative analysis
* Generate insights and contribute to reporting
* Support client presentations and day-to-day client communication
* Contribute to publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts)
Broader Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapy areas, industry regulations, and best practices (e.g. GCP, GDPR, industry codes)
* Support delivery of high-quality outputs and client relationships
* Contribute to internal team activities and administrative tasks
* Participate in training and ongoing professional development
About You
* Degree in a scientific discipline
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare market research
* Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines
* Experience in data analysis and reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Interest in rare diseases and patient-centred research
