Our client is seeking a temporary administrator/receptionist to support their front-of-house operations while providing essential administrative assistance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
1. Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls via a multi-line switchboard.
3. Manage visitor logs, issue passes, and maintain security protocols.
4. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable.
Administrative Support:
5. Provide general administrative assistance including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
6. Support internal teams with scheduling, correspondence, and ad hoc tasks.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
8. Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
9. Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within a professional setting.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
