Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
2. Child Development: Support children’s individual development across all EYFS areas of learning, ensuring a balance of child-initiated and adult-led activities.
3. Observation & Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and share with parents and carers.
4. Learning Environment: Create a safe, stimulating, and resource-rich environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independence.
5. Behaviour & Wellbeing: Foster a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere that supports emotional and social development.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to ensure continuity of care and learning.
7. Safeguarding: Uphold all safeguarding and child protection procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child.
8. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and reflective practice to enhance teaching and stay current with EYFS best practices.

Experience & Qualifications:
15. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) required.
16. Experience: Proven experience teaching within an EYFS setting in the UK.
17. Training: Recent safeguarding training preferred; training will be provided.
Eligibility Requirements:
18. Right to Work in the UK.
19. Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one.
20. Two professional references related to teaching experience.
