Deal with school students,teachers, visitors and external contractors. Manage school phone lines. Manage school inbox. General reprographics. Help draft and send out schoolletters. Assisting with attendance andactively making calls to parents. Assisting with inputtingdata. What you'll need to succeed Experience working on a busyreception. Experience working in anadministration environment. Good telephone manners and strongcommunication skills. Experience using Microsoftpackages and strong IT skills. Previous school experience isdesired. Have good problem-solvingskills. Be able to work in a team andindependently. This job is afull-time position, Monday to Friday and fixed hours of 08:00 to 16:00.
