Product Change Manager - Hybrid - London
Are you an experienced change manager with a background in digital transformation? I am recruiting for a Product Change Manager to lead change strategy and execution across key transformation programmes for a major UK-based organisation.
You will manage stakeholder engagement, drive user adoption and ensure product delivery aligns with business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product or digital change management within complex operational environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and owning the change strategy for assigned product areas
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver change initiatives
* Leading the integration of optimisation tools and predictive models into workflows
* Driving user adoption through structured engagement and training
* Defining KPIs and success metrics to measure change impact
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in product or digital change management
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with data-driven transformation programmes
* Familiarity with airline or transport operations (desirable)
* Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) and experience with Agile or Lean methodologies
