Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a business based in Reigate, who are actively seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.
Working for a well established construction company, this is a busy and varied role, providing support across the office, and ensuring that day to day activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Specific responsibilities:
Handling phone calls, responding to emails, meeting and greeting visitors
Assisting with preparation of documents including quotes, orders and schedules
Lising with suppliers
Keeping accurate records
Providing support to internal functions including HR, Finance, and Project Management
Assisting other teams where necessary
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Organised and efficient with the ability to multi task and work to deadlines
Attention to detail
High level of written and verbal communication skills
This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. The company offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
