Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infor Project Manager to lead and deliver ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Infor CloudSuite (preferably LN or M3) projects, along with hands-on experience in IFS ERP implementations. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and delivery skills, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end Infor ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on scope and objectives.
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
* Ensure successful delivery of project milestones and adherence to project governance standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in project management.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Infor Project Manager (Infor LN / M3 / CloudSuite).
* Minimum of 2 end-to-end IFS ERP implementations successfully delivered.
* Strong ERP project management and stakeholder engagement expertise.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
* Experience managing projects for UK-based clients preferred.
* PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
