About the program
Our New Analyst Program is a full-time program for final year undergraduate and graduate students. As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills.
As a participant, you will:

3. Have unlimited access to the training and guidance to help you prepare for the next level
4. Build your professional network and interact with colleagues across the firm

About the Team
About the division
The Corporate Planning & Management Division unifies teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third party risk management, andernance strategies across the firm. CPM consists of 5 operating pillars; Finance & Planning, supporting the execution of the firm's strategic objectives through the management of the planning process and firmwide reporting and analytics; Product Finance, managingernance and accounting for the firm's nonpensation expenses; Spend Management including Sustainable Operations, managing all aspects of the firm's spend with third parties - advisingmercial agreements and driving operating efficiency; Operational Risk and Resilience including Third Party Risk Management, driving firmwide Operational Risk programs along with second line teams and implements required changes within CPM; and CPM Engineering, providing engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage third-party spend, data and automation, plan budgets, forecast financial scenarios, allocate expenses and support corporate decision making in-line with the firm's strategic objectives.
