Location: The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham

About The Role
The Harborne Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist – Urology to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a key role supporting both surgical and oncology pathways for urology patients, ensuring seamless, compassionate care across the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support consultant-led clinics and the oncology day unit
* Provide post‑operative advice and ongoing care
* Deliver nurse‑led wound and catheter clinics
* Train patients in self‑catheterisation techniques
* Collaborate with ward staff and the wider CNS team to deliver holistic care
* Contribute to the development and coordination of a holistic therapies service
What We’re Looking For
* Essential: Experience in urology surgical care
* Desirable: Oncology nursing experience
* Familiarity with bladder scanners and flow rate monitoring
* A patient‑focused approach and strong clinical judgment
